Écodentaire Clinic provides general dentistry, implant dentistry, periodontics, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, root canal treatment and dental emergencies at its Outremont clinic in Montreal. Every procedure is performed by general dentists who are members of the Ordre des dentistes du Québec, using BPA-free materials and no mercury amalgam.
General dentistry
Complete exams, cleanings (scaling), BPA-free composite fillings, extractions, sealants. For all ages. RAMQ billing for children under 10 and the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP).
Implant dentistry
Replacing one or more missing teeth with titanium implants and 3D digital planning. A stable, lasting solution after decay, an accident or gum disease.
Periodontics
Prevention and treatment of gum disease (gingivitis, periodontitis): deep cleaning (root planing) and careful follow-up.
Restorative dentistry
Crowns, bridges, inlays/onlays and composites to repair fractured or decayed teeth, restoring shape, function and appearance.
Cosmetic dentistry
Whitening (in-office or at home), porcelain veneers and composites to correct colour, shape or alignment.
Dental emergency

Écodentaire Clinic was born into a family of dentists. The Montreal practice was founded in 1996, then taken over in March 2022 by Dr. David Alexandre Arav, who developed the Écodentaire name and made Outremont the clinic’s home.

Our Concordia-Atwater clinic downtown has been closed since March 2026: downtown patients are welcomed in Outremont. Open Monday to Saturday, service in seven languages.
