Who we are
A Montreal practice founded in 1996, taken over in March 2022 by Dr David Alexandre Arav, based in Outremont at 6100 avenue du Boisé. A small team of general dentists and hygienists. Dr Arav grew up in his parents' practice, where the waiting room doubled as the living room; that idea still runs the place.
How we practise
No mercury amalgam, no BPA, less disposable wherever asepsis allows. Care covered by the Canadian Dental Care Plan is billed at the plan fee, without charging patients the gap with our usual fees — the plan permits it, we do not do it. No superlatives in our communications, no specialist titles we do not hold. These are choices, and they shape the daily work.
The working setup
Implant dentistry with 3D digital planning, digital scanner impressions. Online booking with a per-practitioner calendar. An automated assistant answers routine questions around the clock, which takes load off the front desk. Open Monday to Saturday, until 8 p.m. on Mondays and Tuesdays. Outremont metro station is a short walk away, with 800 free indoor parking spaces — for you as much as for patients.
The patients
Montreal and multilingual: the clinic serves in French, English, Spanish, Chinese, Punjabi, Arabic and Cantonese. If you speak one of those, you will use it daily.

What equipment does the clinic have?
Implant dentistry with 3D digital planning, digital scanner impressions, BPA-free and mercury-amalgam-free materials, compliant sterilisation. Online booking runs on a per-practitioner calendar.
What makes the clinic's approach different?
Dentistry without mercury amalgam and without BPA, reduced disposables, and a billing policy that does not add a gap charge on care covered by the Canadian Dental Care Plan. The clinic's communications avoid superlatives and the word "specialist".
